Who can use automated claim payments (Crossover)?
A group must offer crossover in order for its members to elect to use this feature. This option is only available to a group with certain health plans--currently this includes: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, CCStpa or BlueLink TPA.
