Accessing the Group Portal

Here are the steps to getting started on the Group Portal, so you can use it to manage your members, download reports, and more.

How to log in

When you’re ready to activate your account, you can do that by logging in to the Group Portal at group.hellofurther.com/login.

When you're ready to activate your account, you can do that by logging into the Group Portal at carefirst.com, go to For Employers > login. Once logged in, click Coverage > BlueFund Administration.

 When you’re ready to activate your account, you can do that by logging in to the Group Portal at https://mymoneybcbsvt-group.hellofurther.com/portal

 When you’re ready to activate your account, you can do that by logging in to the Group Portal at capbluecross.com, go to employers > Log in. Under the "Resources" group of links, go to Health Spending Portal.

 When you're ready to activate your account, you can do that in one of two ways:

If you received a Group code and PIN in two secure emails:
Use this information to register online at https://horizonmyway.group.hellofurther.com/portal.
If you did not receive a code and PIN:
Log into the Group Portal at horizonblue.com/employers, go to manage customers > maintenance, and Horizon group number or group name. Once logged in, the group will be listed out by subgroup. Select Horizon MyWay@ to SSO to Further Group Portal.

Here are the steps to log in and register your account:

  1. When you visit [www.hellofurther.com or partner SSO link], click on the Sign In button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Group
  3. This will bring you to the log in page. If you’ve already registered, enter your username and password and select Sign In. This will take you to the main dashboard of your Group Portal.

Here are the steps to log in and register your account:

  1. When you visit [www.hellofurther.com or partner SSO link], click on the Sign In button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Group
  3. This will bring you to the log in page. If you’ve already registered, enter your username and password and select Sign In. This will take you to the main dashboard of your Group Portal.

How to register 

If you have not yet created a portal account, you can create one by clicking the register link at the bottom of the page.

You will be asked to provide your Portal Group Code and Group User Pin. You received these numbers during your initial set up process with Further. Contact Group Services if you need help finding your code and/or PIN.

At this point you will be able to create your username and password that you can use to log in to the Group Portal whenever you need to. If you ever forget your username or password, you can set new ones by clicking the Forgot Username or Password links and following those instructions.
